Medical Assistant Pennock Ob/Gyn

Medical Assistants provide clinical support to healthcare professionals to deliver quality of care to our patients. Medical Assistants perform a variety of clinical and clerical tasks.
Provide support to care team
Prepare patient for provider, collect medical history, and take vitals
Document patient visits and complete referrals
Perform clerical tasks such as answer patient calls, monitor in-basket, and generate reports
Includes other duties as assigned
Basic Qualifications:
Education - High School Diploma or equivalent
Experience - Completion of a competency based orientation program
Licenses - Basic Life Support (BLS) required within the first 120 days
One of the following required within the first 120 days:
Certified Medical Assistant, American Association of Medical Assistants (AAMA)
Registered Medical Assistant, American Medical Technologists (AMT)
Licensed Practical Nurse (State of Michigan)
Licensed Paramedic (State of Michigan)

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
