Material Sorter
Identify scrap, including the grade and type of material and any undesirable elements within the material.
o Sort material, removing unshreddables from conveyor belt or material piles and upgrade material whenever possible.
o Pay close attention to details including safety procedures, possible material obstructions and undesirable materials.
o Cleaning and housekeeping as necessary
o FAST PACE WORK
o Other duties as required.
o Will do sorting and clean-up around large equipment, ie. Shredder and Shear but not operating the Shredder.
Pay rate is $9.50 to start.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
